What training is provided to your agents?

Our training is simple & convenient.  The RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN) is the centerpiece of RE/MAX University and the only satellite TV based training resource available in the industry.  RSN offers designation courses, continuing education, and a library of both DVD & On-Line video streaming training materials, all available from the comfort of your home or office.  Training is also now available on your I-Phone.

What authority do I have to negotiate commissions?

It is our opinion that YOU are in charge of your commission; therefore, you decide how much you will charge your clients for your services.

Am I limited to selling residential real estate?

No.  RE/MAX offers extensive Commercial real estate training.  You can perform whatever aspect of real estate you specialize in.  If you have received the commercial training, then you are welcome to join the other RE/MAX commercial agents.  You are also provided extensive Commercial Graphics to use for all your marketing materials.

How do I obtain RE/MAX For Sale yard signs?

RE/MAX provides you with several affiliates & suppliers who are used to working with our agents in a variety of yard sign generation.  We can provide you with all the trademark standards & graphics for you to use to get your business off to a quick start.

How does my commission split work?

What is the process of switching my license to RE/MAX CityView?

The process is quick & simple.  We will provide you with the "TREC Change of Sponsorship Form" in your welcome packet.  Then you must simply notify your previous broker that you have decided to change sponsorship.  We will take care of the rest!
